We will do our best to find a solution or refund you if necessary.
We will refund goods only if:
- You change your mind on the order within 24hours, with a reason.
- You notify us of an issue within 48 hours after you receive the goods.
- The goods arrived damaged. Please send us picture or video accordingly.
- Goods do not arrive before 40 days.
- Goods get lost or returned to us.
We do not refund:
- Problem of size. All dimensions are mentioned in every descriptions, please judge accordingly.
- If the seal bag is open.
- Order Cancelation after 24hours of order.
- If the package gets lost and you did not provide us a correct phone number to reach you.
- If after several attempts, DHL can't deliver the goods, they will send back the parcel to us. We do not refund in that case as it is your responsibility to receive the package.
