Instructions for Making Gelatin Eggs:

Ingredients:

•4 one-ounce boxes (or 1 eight-ounce box) unflavored gelatin

•1 liter (34 ounces) water

Equipment:

•Pyrex 1 liter/34 oz Measuring Bowl with pourable spout

•Wooden spoon

•1 to 2-quart saucepan

•Gelatin egg mold

Instructions:

1.Measure:

•In US: 4 cups (32 ounces) water

•In EU: 1 liter (1000 ml) water

2.Prepare Gelatin:

•Add 16 packets (or 4 ounces) of gelatin to the water. Mix until fully dissolved.

3.Heat:

•Heat over low/medium, stirring constantly (no boiling). Steam should appear in about 10 minutes.

4.Cool:

•Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

5.Pour:

•Pour into Pyrex bowl with pourable spout.

6.Fill Mold:

•Fill assembled gelatin molds using the spout.

7.Chill:

•Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until set.
