All goods are shipped in discreet packaging to ensure maximum privacy. There are no markings on the box to indicate the nature of the contents within. 

DELIVERY

In order to offer a wide-ranging catalog and worldwide availability, our inventory is split among different locations across the globe.

All parcels are trackable with a number.

Important note! If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to take delivery, we will either:

Redeliver the products to the correct address, if provided, subject to a fixed sum of 20$ as delivery costs.

Refund the value of the products minus 20$ as delivery cost.

If the order is proven to not be returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. Oxy-Shop accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. In this case, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.

Please allow 2-4 working days for order processing. 

Once you receive the tracking, it means we have shipped your parcel to shipper. It then goes on a shipping queue and his activated at departure. Shipping queues can take from 2 to 10 days - it is NOT included in delivery time estimated. 

For the Standard Shipping option, goods take an average of 5-12 working days to arrive. However, depending of the country of destination, it can take up to 30 days. 

For the Express Shipping option, goods take an average of 3-7 working days to arrive. However, depending of the country of destination, it can take up to 10 working days. Remote DHL areas are not covered in Express Shipping cost.

Please note that we do not guarantee a timely delivery based on averages. Many factors, such as shipping queues or custom clearance can impact the delivery time.

The reimbursement applies if your item is not received after 60 days.

CUSTOM TAXES

There are no custom taxes for USA clients. 
Canada and EU might have custom taxes in 10% of the cases. Please contact us if you need specific documents. 
India will have custom taxes to carry by the clients. 

PAYMENT
Your credit card statement won't show the details of the purchase.
There are multiple payment methods you can select at check out. All 100% safe to use. We do not keep your financial information details. 

If your credit card do not work with standard getaway, Please try with Paypal. You can input your credit card information without having a Paypal account.

We will do our best to find a solution or refund you if necessary. 

We will refund goods only if: 

- You notify us of an issue within 48 hours after you receive the goods. 

- The goods arrived damaged. Please send us picture or video accordingly. 

- Goods do not arrive prior to 60 days. 

- Goods get lost or returned to us. 

- If cancellation request is sent by 12 hours of placing order. NOTE: we refund only 80% of total value. 

We do not refund: 

- If cancellation request  is sent after 12 hours of order, the order can't be canceled and is considered fulfilled.

 
- Problem of size. All dimensions are mentioned in every descriptions, please judge accordingly. 

- If the seal bag is open. 

- If the package gets lost and you did not provide us a correct phone number to reach you.

-If after several attempts, DHL can't deliver the goods, they will send back the parcel to us. We do not refund in that case as it is your responsibility to receive the package. 

-Some minor defects on the Steel items are industry standards. The devices are mould processed and hand polished, thus minor imperfections at welds joints.

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 30% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address ), an additional shipping/handling fee of $20 will apply for US shipping addresses.
