Before locking your cock in a chastity cage, it’s important to get the cage sizing right as you don’t want the cage to be too tight so as to restrict circulation or loose enough to slip off. All cock cages come with the same basic components: the main ring, the cage or tube, and the locking mechanism. Before buying a chastity cage, getting the correct chastity sizing for the main ring is the most important as it keeps the device on. Here’s how.
The easiest way to measure for chastity is to use Oxy’s smart calculator and if you’re using Oxy’s The Guardian & Phantom 3D printed cage, there is also a smart recommendation you can use. Simply follow the instructions given and you’ll have the measurements in no time!
Step 2: Wrap the tape measure or string around your cock, going behind the balls. It should be snug but not tight. The best time to do this is after a shower or bath when your body is at its warmest.
Step 3: Now you have your circumference. Divide by 3.14 to get the diameter. Here are some sample calculations to show you how it works. Take the measurements a few times just to be sure as cock rings cannot be exchanged or refunded after use.
Metric
17.3 cm ÷ 3.14 = 55mm diameter
15.7 cm ÷ 3.14 = 50mm diameter
14.1 cm ÷ 3.14 = 45mm diameter
12.5 cm ÷ 3.14 = 40mm diameter
Imperial
7 inches ÷ 3.14 = 2.25 inches diameter
6.25 inches ÷ 3.14 = 2 inches diameter
5.5 inches ÷ 3.14 = 1.75 inches diameter
4.7 inches ÷ 3.14 = 1.5 inches diameter
Step 1: Stand upright and ensure that you’re completely flaccid. Take a 30cm/12 inch flat ruler, place it against your pubic bone and lie it flat on top of your penis and measure from the base to tip. Write down the measurement.
Step 2: Subtract 6mm / ¼ inch to 12mm / ½ inch from that measurement to ensure a good fit.
Step 1: Cut a length of thick white string and wrap it around your fully flaccid cock at its thickest point. Do this about halfway up the shaft.
Step 2: Mark the string with a pen and place the length of the string on a ruler to get the circumference.
Step 3: Repeat the process two more times at different points of the day to get the most accurate measurement, then divide the number by 3 to get your average girth.
Step 4: Divide the measurement of your average girth by 3.14 to get your internal cage diameter and make a note of the number when choosing your chastity cage.
Keep in mind that your penis has to be completely flaccid when taking your measurements so that the cage will be a tight fit with no room for your cock to expand inside, but not too tight to cause medical issues. That’s all you need to properly measure for chastity!
